Tasty Tuesday

This soup is my number one go to soup! I don't like chopping veggies and this one has veggies, they are just from a can. If you can brown ground beef and open cans, you've got dinner in about 20 min.

Southwest Soup

All you need is:

2lbs Ground beef (browned)
1can cream style corn
1can rotel
1 90 sec bag of Spanish style rice
Largest bottle of V8 ( I think it's 64 oz)

Directions: After you brown the meat combine all ingredients together and simmer for 20-30 min.

I usually make cornbread to go with it. Jiffy in the box is the best one we've tried.

It makes a large pot, so it's great for company. Hope you enjoy it! Oh, it freezes well too.
